International Order

International buyers are welcome at Batik Lembayung.

Batik Lembayung offers Indonesian batik fashion products for customers outside Indonesia. Most product pages are written in Indonesian, but international buyers may contact us directly via WhatsApp or email for product details, stock availability, shipping cost, and payment confirmation.

How to Order

To place an international order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email and send:

  • Product link or product photo
  • Product name
  • Quantity
  • Destination country
  • Full delivery address
  • Recipient name, phone number, and email address

After receiving your request, we will confirm product availability, product price, estimated package weight, international shipping cost, estimated delivery time, and final payment amount.

Please do not send any payment before receiving final confirmation from Batik Lembayung.

Product Availability and Details

Product availability must be confirmed manually before payment. Some products may be available in limited stock.

Please read the product description, size details, material information, and product photos carefully before ordering.

Product measurements are written in centimeters. Small measurement differences may occur due to manual measurement.

Color may appear slightly different due to lighting, camera settings, screen brightness, or device display differences.

Model or styling photos are provided to help show the possible look when worn. Actual product details, including material, size, motif, and specifications, follow the information written on each product page.

Price and Payment

  • Product prices on our website are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  • For international orders, we accept payment via PayPal.
  • The final total may include product price, international shipping cost, and packing/handling cost if applicable.
  • Payment is considered complete only after the confirmed final amount is received and the payment status is completed or cleared in our PayPal account.
  • If the payment amount received does not match the confirmed final amount, the order may be delayed until the remaining amount is completed.
  • Any currency conversion, bank charges, card issuer charges, or buyer-side payment charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping and Customs

  • International shipping cost is calculated manually based on destination country, package weight, package size, courier availability, and current shipping rate.

  • Estimated delivery time will be informed before payment.

  • Delivery time is an estimate only. Delays may happen due to courier handling, customs inspection, public holidays, weather conditions, or destination country regulations.

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

  • Batik Lembayung is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional costs caused by customs, incorrect address, unpaid import charges, or destination country regulations.

Cancellation, Return, and Claim

  • Please check all product details, size, color, quantity, address, shipping cost, and final payment amount before making payment.

  • Order cancellation is not accepted after payment has been completed and the order has entered the packing or shipping process.

  • For international orders, returns may be limited due to shipping cost, customs process, and destination country regulations.

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours after the package is received.

  • To submit a claim, please provide clear unboxing video from the unopened package, product photos, order details, and explanation of the issue.
  • Minor color differences, size tolerance, fabric texture expectations, personal fit preference, wrong size choice, customs tax refusal, courier delay, or change of mind are not considered product defects.
