Kebijakan Pengembalian & Penukaran
Kami tidak menerima retur karena alasan subjektif (tidak suka, tidak cocok, atau berubah pikiran). Penukaran hanya berlaku untuk kesalahan pihak kami (barang cacat, salah ukuran, atau salah warna) dengan syarat:
1. Melaporkan kendala maksimal 24 jam setelah barang diterima.
2. Wajib menyertakan video unboxing (kondisi paket saat pertama kali diterima). Tanpa video, komplain tidak dapat diproses.
3. Setelah diverifikasi, kami akan memberikan solusi (penukaran barang atau kompensasi).
4. Ongkos kirim retur ditanggung oleh pihak kami jika kesalahan terbukti berasal dari kami.

Refund & Return Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds for subjective reasons (dislike, incorrect fit, or change of mind). Exchanges only apply to our errors (defective items, wrong size, or wrong color) under the following conditions:
1. Report the issue within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the goods.
2. A clear, unedited unboxing video (showing the package condition when first received) must be provided. Without a video, complaints cannot be processed.
3. Once verified, we will provide a solution (product exchange or compensation).
4. Return shipping fees will be fully covered by us if the error is proven to be on our part.
